Beauty - Perfume YSL Black Opium

Hiyaa girls! Black Opium is a fragrance that most of you already know in the meantime. This fragrance from YSL is already a long time on the market and also a long time on my wishlist. In one way or another I never managed to buy this scent - and it is also not one of the cheapest perfumes out there - until now. Today I want to tell you all about this perfume.

Hiyaa girls! Black Opium is een geur die de meeste onder jullie ondertussen al kennen. Deze parfum van YSL is namelijk al een hele tijd op de markt en ook reeds een hele tijd op mijn wishlist. Op één of andere manier ben ik er nooit in geslaagd om hem te kopen - nu ook niet één van de goedkoopste parfums out there - tot nu dus. Vandaag wil ik jullie dan ook alles vertellen over deze parfum.

Before we could all enjoy Black Opium, there was Opium by Yves Saint Laurent. Black Opium is a more rock chic version of the original "Opium". The smell is slightly heavier and thus represents the dark and mysterious side of Yves Saint Laurent. Black Opium is more of a spicy smell, but still light and flowery for my personal taste. The bottle of this Black Opium is beautifully decorated with black glitters, behind the Yves Saint Laurent logo you see the amber liquid of the perfume. Love at first sight.

Voor we allemaal konden genieten van Black Opium was er eerst nog Opium van Yves Saint Laurent. Black Opium is meer een rock chic versie op het origineel "Opium". De geur is iets zwaarder en representeert daarmee de donkere, mysterieuze kant van Yves Saint Laurent. Black Opium is dan ook meer een kruidige geur, maar nog voldoende luchtig en bloemig voor mijn persoonlijke smaak. De flacon van deze Black Opium is daarnaast ook nog eens prachtig gedecoreerd met zwarte glitters en achter het Yves Saint Laurent logo zie je de amberkleurige vloeistof van het parfum. Love at first sight.

Like I said, with Black Opium you can expect a spicy scent. The strongest scents in this perfume are the smell of coffee, vanilla and orange blossom. This combination of spicy and sweet makes for a special and unique fragrance that will quickly make you addicted to it. Black Opium is available in eau de toilette and eau de parfum version. I opted for the eau de parfum version because that is slightly heavier and spicier. The bottles you have in 30 ml, 50 ml and 90 ml. I chose the 30 ml since I already have a nice collection of perfume. For 30 ml pay you around € 50. What do you think of this scent?

Zoals ik al zei, kan je je met Black Opium verwachten aan een kruidige geur. In deze parfum komt dan ook de geur van koffie, vanille en oranje bloesem het sterkst naar voren. Deze combinatie van kruidig en zoet zorgt voor een speciaal en unieke geur waar je al snel verslaafd aan geraakt. Black Opium is verkrijgbaar in een eau de toilette en eau de parfum versie. Ik koos voor de eau de parfum versie omdat deze toch net iets zwaarder en pittiger is. De flacons heb je in 30 ml, 50 ml en 90 ml. Ik koos voor de 30 ml aangezien ik al een aardige collectie parfum heb. Voor 30 ml betaal je ook rond de € 50. Wat vind jij van dit geurtje?
